With over 23 years of experience in the security industry, Dominique knows where systems can fall short. Much software is either aimed at flexible deployment or structural deployment. Secure-IT proved suitable for both - a key requirement for AE Security Group, which has been growing rapidly since its establishment in April 2022.
Overview and ease of use when growing
With the growth of both staff and customers, there was a need for one system that provides overview. Secure-IT integrates scheduling, HR, payroll, CRM and invoicing in one platform. Security staff can easily view shifts, register hours and respond to open shifts via push notifications. They are also automatically alerted when passes or certificates expire.
Active cooperation during test phase
The cooperation with Secure-IT proved strong not only technically, but also in terms of content. During the test phase, several features were added in consultation, including a notification that allows security guards to actively respond to open shifts. The first months confirmed that, in practice, the system does what it promises.
