We are proud to announce that, with effect from 1 August, AE Security Group will begin providing security services for the Spanish Consulate in Amsterdam.
Following a private tender process, AE Security Group was selected as the highest-rated bidder. This is a fine endorsement of our strong presence in Amsterdam, our proven added value and our extensive experience with similar clients, such as the Brazilian Consulate, the Municipality of Utrecht and the Province of Utrecht.
Today, our team was proud to receive the keys to our new office premises on Berchvliet in Amsterdam.

After a selection process with four specialised security companies, AE Security Group has been chosen as the new security partner of the Consulate of Brazil in Amsterdam. A cooperation that has been established for ten years. The Consulate was looking for more than just security supervision. Hospitality. Attention. Proactive security. After an intensive implementation period, our professionals really started today on our new assignment for the North-Holland Police. And of course we like to celebrate this with our people. Customer Manager Willem van Laar RSE and Operational Manager Johan Balke made a round of the police locations to surprise our colleagues with cake. A small gesture for the people who will make the difference in the next eight years.

We are delighted to share that Willem has completed his second part of the MSec course, Security & Engineering, cum laude. Earlier, he already obtained the DHM Security Management component also with a cum laude result. The final component, Security & Law, will follow in 2026.
AE Security Group, following a European tender procedure, has been selected by the Police as the new security partner for physical security services in North Holland. The contract starts 1 December 2025 and has a duration of four years, with the possibility of extension to a maximum of eight years.
